It does give me Christmas vibes 

I love this so much! It's one of the very few 1D songs that I like. It feels Christmas-y so I get why it was added to the holiday playlists.

I remember when the video came out and the hype all over tumblr  I think it came out around the holiday season so maybe that's why we associate it with christmas?
