But that's the case everywhere. Same with the US, UK, Canada etc

No, in the US, it's way more simple to have a bigger certification. Basically every flop album can go platinum. UK is a mess too.

 

I was talking about it with someone last day, he told me that with the current methodology, Divide would be at 180k (without pure sales) so not even 3xP. Billie would be at 5xP with the old methodology. :dies:
