Well other people have done that.

 

But she has the biggest single-week uphill climb with ME and she debuted on the Hot 100 and BB200 at nr 1 the same week, which are more unique.

The only other time something like that happened is second single The Hills went #1 after third single Can't Feel My Face (but it's more iconic with a lead/second single)
