I don't know about Babara's time at number one or weeks in top 10. But I do know that she has spent 1800 weeks on the chart, which is like, 800 more than Taylor. I think it could be accurate. Since Taylor's last certification update had 3 big certification (1989, Fearless and SIO). She probably waited for one of them to become Diamond. So right when Fearless hit 10,0 she would update all of them. So maybe SIO was 9,7 and 1989 9,6 (or something like that) and she just wanted to show of her first diamond certified album.
