The first-week streams for Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" (Republic) look to be in the vicinity of 55m. That gives her the biggest single-song streaming bow ever for a female artist, not to mention the second-biggest first-week on-demand streams for an artist ever, as well as the third-biggest for any song (behind "God's Plan" and "Nonstop" by labelmate Drake). Post Malone's "Psycho" (also on Republic) earned 45m in its first week.

Add 100k or so track sales and you're looking at a song project debut of about 500k. Make this "Rings" golden.

You know what? People don't realize how massive Ariana Grande is. She's having one of the biggest pop eras in the history for sure. I'm very glad, the marketing promotion has been incredible, media is obsessed with her and she's super talented and a beautiful woman. She's killing it.

16.9m counts YouTube, HDD’s 55m doesn’t.
