Why would a country/rock album sell 500k copies in an age where rap/hip-hop is at its peak and where the music industry is driven by streams (where that kind of music is mostly listened to)...lmfao just take the damn L

Cardi was one of the biggest female artist of last year and she is brand new  She also has one of the biggest female song with Bodak yellow

 

Ofcourse she should start big. Gaga had no hits and this is a collab soundtrack album  

 

No fan was expecting this to go even 200k, let alone 500k  

And it's still #1 on iTunes Second week 100k+ incoming, plus Shallow #2 on iTunes and ARUTW now added as well, the tracks stable on iTunes. there's huge potential for another week at #1 tbh, even with Quavo
