Someone should make a "Turn of the Century Hits" rate with all Hot 100 Top 10s from 1999/2000.

Does it ... deserve though? It's not very good, and we all know this. (We've tried to do ultimate rankings for albums that not just sold well, but were actually of some sort of quality.)

Paramore's being used in @Superpower his rate sis, and I don't think HAIM works there!

I was just told about Paramore, how about Blue Lips by Tove Lo to replace them?

And why does HAIM not work? It's on lists of flops of 2017, which is why I suggested it.

 

 

Also, has Younger Now by Miley been used in a rate? 

They're not exactly shooing for super mainstream success, though? So not a flop - just an underperformance.
