What about that Top 20 acclaimed artists rate we talked about a while back? For males, females and groups?

 

5 songs by each is a really manageable amount and a good palate tester to get into a lot of them.

But, if you're yearning to quench your 90s R&B lust, how about you just do a rate of the Billboard R&B number ones? It could be your own personal series; I'd recommend breaking it into three parts: Early 90s (90-92), Mid 90s (93 - 96), and Late 90s (97 - 99)!
