@ultraviolence.xx As for my inspiration, I was actually inspired by Mariah Carey's and Hozier's songwriting. Mariah has this way of making her lyrics simple, but adding those nuances that don't make it juvenile and I took the ball rolling from there. If anything, lyrics from "My All" like "vividly emblazoned in my mind" and "I'm thinking of you in my sleepless solitude tonight" fueled most of the chorus. As for Hozier, I loved the idea of using the term "take me to church" as a euphemism for "sex" so I kinda went the same route; however, you're free to interpret it how you wish: it could be about going deeper into a person's psyche, it could be going deeper into a person's pants, I don't judge, music is universal!

Pregunta: Repeating a chorus/pre-chorus adds to the word count?
