  1. She said several months ago that she had suffered from a serious neurological illness. I hope she's really doing well and that she'll finally be able to release a proper project. At the very least, let 'Trouble' come out on vinyl, please. https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/04/cruel-youth-its-time-to-say-goodbye-un.html
  2. Thanks guys ! I didn't know about the rumors that she was Regina George IRL too !
  3. Ahead of the release of her somophore album, i wrote a post about Reneé Rapp. However, I've got a question : despite the good buzz of her debut why is she not a A-list like Tate, Chappell or Addison ? What do you think ? https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/07/renee-rapp-nouvel-album-bite-me-tournee.html
  4. Is out ! I really love "Don't Look At Me Like That" but for me "Accelerator" is still their highlight at this point https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2024/03/blusher-le-girls-band-australien-ou.html
  5. inally! She's been teasing this album for years. I really liked and listened to the « Emerald Year » EP a lot. I wasn't as into the latest singles, but I'll gladly listen to the album. She deserves it after all these years of struggle https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2023/08/goldie-boutillier-et-lalbum-emerald.html
  6. Where is 'Fiebre'? I needed that banger on the album. https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2024/01/angela-torres-fiebre-le-tube-latino-de.html
  7. Their voices sometimes sound similar, but I think they don't have much in common, if anything at all. That said, I'm pleasantly surprised by her album. "TMLAG" and "1965" are really great tracks. https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/06/jessie-murph-qui-est-le-phenomene.html
  8. "Toes," "Ice," and "Second Go" are my favorite songs by her, along with "February Air" and "White Paper Palm Trees." By the way, do we have any info on the sales of the latest album?" https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/05/dans-le-repertoire-de-lights-de.html
  9. Like many have already said, I think it's because of her former producer. She had disagreements with him, and after that, despite the big success of 'Shower' investing in her was out of the question in my opinion, and he contractually blocked her for many years here my post about it https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2023/03/becky-g-la-verite-sur-sa-carriere.html
  10. The album is gentle, touching, and feels sincere, but it's still much less powerful than the two previous projects, which were masterpieces. For now, 'Boy' and 'Hi Everyone' stand out to me review : https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/07/fletcher-raconte-sa-nouvelle-histoire.html
  11. I always listen when they release new music, but I think they all remain tied to the past and to nostalgia. I can't explain Nelly Furtado's complete flop. She deserved at least some sales, but without radio support, it just doesn't work. Online promo alone doesn't cut it.. At least they still have tours and festivals, for some of them. And btw, the Pussycat Dolls comeback was amazing. "React" is a massive banger. I'll never forgive them for cancelling everything! Here is my post about nostalgia act https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/04/nostalgia-act-des-tubes-eternels-et.html
  12. Guys she is not broke ! she leveraged her music and touring royalties as collateral for a loan, a common financial move among top artists to secure upfront capital without selling their assets - explanations https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/07/nicki-minaj-ruinee-et-en-guerre-contre.html
  13. "Shut Up" and "California" were so good ! Do we have some news of her ?
  14. Arca is really losing it ! No matter what, "Messiah" is my number one song at the moment !! https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/06/sevdaliza-un-nouveau-tube-de-lete-avec.html
  15. Can't wait ! I love them. The new single is cool (some Abba's vibes on it) but "Accelerator" is still their highlight https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2024/03/blusher-le-girls-band-australien-ou.html
  16. OMG! I wasn't expecting it, but the album is amazing! She's really finding her own style while staying POP. And those Sega Bodega vibes on LNFTCW — is she for real? I love it. my review https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/06/critique-addison-rae-fait-le-grand-saut.html
  17. The album is musically very good and ambitious. 'End of the World', 'EGYEL' and 'Walk of Fame' are the best tracks, but I can see the general public having a hard time with the album, as it doesn't have a mainstream hit despite its qualities. Moreover, it really feels like there are two albums in one, and the first part doesn't work in favor of the second. Inversely Here is my review but I'm going to need some time to fully take in the album as a whole. https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/05/critique-miley-cyrus-prend-un-nouveau.html
  18. Shipping costs will be outrageous, but I'll be there if Trouble comes out on vinyl
  19. "Gag Order" is her best body of work so far ! I love this album ! I need the demo version of "Happy" on Spotify.
  20. I'm so disappointed. Her first album is in my top 10 favorite records. I love everything about that project. But since then, I've never felt she reached the same level again. There are some interesting tracks on this project, like on the previous one, but it lacks personality and cohesion. 'Keep Moving' and 'Don't Lose Yourself' stand out to me, but I'm disappointed with the rest. I really thought she had found a direction, especially with the visual concept but no my review https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/05/critique-m-sans-fil-rouge-sur-lalbum.html
  21. She's perfect! Not an album for every day, but so soothing amid the chaos. The opening track broke my heart, it's well on its way to becoming one of my favorites from her catalog my review https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/05/critique-kali-uchis-touchante-et.html
  22. The situation seems tense with her label. Her posts on social media, her interviews… I think this might be her last record with a major! She looks exhausted; I really hope she finds the strength to keep going independently afterward

As you said, it's probably her best album in a very long time. I finally feel like I've found the artist I loved with her first two albums again. 'Second Go,' 'Ice,' and 'Toes' are still close to my heart! It's more mature than PEP, which was a bit of a mess ! "White Paper Palm Trees" is so pure https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2025/05/dans-le-repertoire-de-lights-de.html
  24. It's the best decision of her entire career! She's finally getting recognized for her talent, and it's well deserved. I saw an interview with Robin Antin recently where she said she's trying to convince the PCD to do something together for the Pussycat Dolls' 20th anniversary. I have serious doubts, though, and I think it was just talk, especially after the fiasco of the Reunion Tour but hey, it's nice to dream. https://the-melting-pop.blogspot.com/2024/10/nicole-scherzinger-la-consecration.html
