cloudbusting

the way not a single day goes by where i dont think about the RWT Loewe catsuit... truly one of her most iconic looks ever to me (along w the Mugler bee) also feeling a gay guy crisis over my life lately and wanting to bleach my hair, but i've been thinking maybe something more in the realm of her signature honey rather than traditional twink platinum idk. just a thot

currently at a 4.39/5 with 400 ratings on rateyourmusic this is shaping up to be her best album yet... im scared how powerful the whole thing is going to end up

act 3 is kpop CONFIRMED

this is GORGEOUS, she hit it out of the park again

drying up a lake for the sake of a speculative single run?

her tumblr era was so fun too the time i was able to find myself in one of the MCSWT crowd shots she posted

wish the cake girls promoted another week, they deserved to do their encore for Surfin Boy's win today

did you read the review at all? i think they did a pretty good job of explaining their stance on it actually; implying that your record was a labor of love down to supposedly tracking down vintage tech for authenticity before admitting that much of the production was AI-assisted if not generated is like... a pretty shitty thing to do as an "artist." the closing paragraphs make it perfectly clear and reasonable imo

the Drop That Kitty chanteuses have given us so much excellence over the years, but i think Tinashe's consistency puts her over the edge for me. love both dearly though

i love SINGERS was just talking with one of my besties recently about how i needed her doing some fresh new belting after a compilation from a recent performance popped up on my IG feed, so this was timed perfectly

best songs about getting her pussé destroyed Virgo's Groove Blow Speechless

told myself i would only be positive in here this week, so i will just say that it was impressive as hell for Bey to hold on to that record for so long with as much as music consumption has changed since then

lives and holes were changed

elegant... dangerous

RING THE ALARM (SAY!), I BEEN THROUGH THIS TOO LONG (WHOOOAAAA!) BUT I'LL BE DAMNED (YEAH) IF I SEE ANOTHER CHICK ON YOUR ARM (SAY-AAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!)

when the B'Day anniversary album is just every song getting this treatment + Morning Dew... i'd gag!

i know she had (and achieved!) higher aspirations on self-titled, but SOTS is just such a fantastic little pop song! Sia's pen before she lost her juice, Bey sounding gorgeously free, the production feeling fresh coming in after the heavy EDM wave but before trop pop would terrorize us mid-decade... a cult classic i fear!

404 still their best song to me, but the new kiiikiii mini is a much stronger project than their previous one (which was good overall but kinda falls flat in the back half)

revisiting The BPM for a rate and realizing that a Sudan Archives feature would be so beautiful. i think their voices would really complement one another + Ms. Archives has a similar mindset of combining seemingly diametrically opposed musical styles together quite seamlessly

but wow what a moment

speaking of ARTPOP, we need flopterscope to cut a check and get Applause going viral so she can finally have a 1B streamed song for each studio album kinda wonder how DWUW would've done on streaming post-ASIB since it got removed before the Oscars, but it's also like... useless speculation

including THEE big one and she's been playing arenas for a few album cycles already

@conatus sister is there a particular way to format if we have commentary for an album as a whole? or is something like "ALBUM TITLE: [words]" good enough? i know some places (pop/indieheads) throw rate ballots into like some program and thus they have specific formatting requirements, but i know things vary by host here

this is kinda camp and i live, let me give New Woman (feat. Rosalia) another stream

ooh i've been meaning to revisit her for a minute now, perfect timing!
