I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this and I'm glad to hear the abilify is helping some. They may even decide to up it and maybe that might help more. So I have panic disorder and ocd. The times I have dealt with psychosis was actually as a side effect of some of the different meds I was put on over the years to try and treat my mental health. Which is why I 100% feel for you and what you're going through. It's scary af to be hearing voices or seeing things that's not there. I took one that had me feeling so out of body it was crazy. In my case mine was due to medications so once the meds were out of my system I'd be fine. As mentioned in here already I was recommended to meditate and or do yoga to help ground myself. I was also told to distract myself when these sort of episodes would come on. Maybe there are some videos online that might be helpful in discussing this.
