yeah, its outrageous. unfortunately not. no one from her team reached out for that matter. like i said, i dont think they see it like i see it… but i cant and wont pay a lawyer for that. that fee was enough already. its a lose-lose situation, honestly. but thank you for the support! yeah, i cant see a light at the end of the tunnel now but i'm still trying to keep the fansite running. it so hard to let it go

its resolved in parts. we were charged over the use of 3 photos, shot by joseph sinclair. the agency that represented him reached out. it was 3 photos published by an english newspaper and we simply shared the photos alongside quotes from the article. in 2023. on facebook. lol. they came for us this year. so lame but well, we had to pay the fees over the use of the photos. they tried to charge 300 pounds per image. we said absolutely not haha. we reached an agreement of that amount for all 3 to settle the case, cause they said deleting the posts wouldnt fix it and they would seek legal settlement if we didnt resolve in a matter of days. it was a nightmare, honestly. 300 pounds it a lot in brazilian currency. i'm not rich to pay that amount out of the blue, especially for random pictures. so right now its settled but i'm not sure how to carry on with the fanpage, especially instagram that is focused on photos and videos - most of them done by other people, including photographers. i didnt direct contact her cause i'm not sure how she could help. some legal advice would be nice i guess, but not sure she's interested in building that bridge for us. it seems very small from the artist point of view i guess. but its huge for us and 300 pounds here and there its not cool lol i literally cant afford the luxury of more fees haha but well, that was the case. we're kinda lost now, unsure how to go ahead. i really cant deal with more fees. so yeah, thats it. but i'm sure she knew cause some of her friends reach out saying they send her the post
