Dua and Billie are both two of the biggest MPGs that debuted in the past 5 years, both releasing their first major album/ep in 2017. Many would argue that Billie was the biggest act from this batch of MPGs, but as we head into 2023, do you think the tides have shifted such that Dua is bigger than Billie at this point?

Her songs just have insane replay value! Not everyone has stable hits for this long.

It's just a pretty weak album overall. The only thing I'm keeping is Vigilante ****, which reminds me of the best of Reputa.

30 It has higher highs and is overall a stronger album.

No, it deserved a proper single push because it would've become a hit all on its own. The fact that they didn't push this when lockdowns were easing up and everyone was desperate to go back to the gym. Missed opportunity!

We've all seen the drastic changes to the bodies of a few Kardashians over the year, generally shrinking in size. A lot of people are wondering why this shift seems like a deliberate decision by the Kardashians. But I feel like over the last couple of years, we have seen an evolution of what we consider sexy--steering away from the BBL and disproportionately large breasts that was glamorized by the Kardashians as the body to die for and back to the more reasonably shaped women of the world. And I truly believe that Dua Lipa has emerged as the new and current sex symbol. Ask any straight man and they will likely cite Dua Lipa as a sexual desire that they have. Do you think Dua Lipa has eroded the monopoly that the Kardashians had of what is considered sexy and taken the reigns of being the new sex symbol? I think it is a hard YES

She is the most gorgeous and sexiest MPG. She and Rihanna are a tier above everyone else in that front.

They've failed to evolve and have been stuck rehashing the D4 formula. Their major singles since have no semblance of melody, cohesion, or proper build up. Everything revolves around a predictable beat drop, rap verses, and unpleasant and awkward choruses. I used to stan them quite a bit, and while I still do check out their new music, I'm not as big of a fan as I used to be.

Did the GP underappreciate this gem, with MELODY, proper BUILDUP, and COHESION between the members, considering what we've gotten since?

It is both okay to acknowledge that her conservatorship was awful and inhumane AND that she actually needs professional help.

I want to preface this by saying that I love Blackpink and they're my favorite KPOP group ever. However, I recently discovered Chung Ha and I am absolutely FLOORED by her solo material. They go so hard and the songs are just catchy and don't rely on cheap rap breakdown and aren't as formulaic as I've found the solo materials by Blackpink members. Like, she totally SNAPPED! Did she clear Jennie, Rose, and Lisa? Is Jisoo next?!?!

No song has come close to this since. Everything about it clears.

Can you live with this fact?

Imagine if the label ONLY printed enough for first week sales, then they wouldn't have vinyls to sell throughout the holiday season and would be standing shivering-cold at the back of the line at vinyl factories!!! Her team did what they had to do to secure holiday sales and it appears they HAVE to press more copies IMMEDIATELY cause of demand!

It's absolutely been hilarious and a revelation to see people downplay pure sales when it no longer suits their narrative. Imagine thinking a decline in streaming is indicative of actual music consumption when Adele's demographics are more likely to play their CDs and stick to it than other artists's fanbases who are more likely to buy physical copies for the purpose of collection AND THEN turn to streaming as their main way of consuming music. I think Adele's numbers are actually indicative of the number of unique listeners.
