KJ Biermann, son of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, faces seven felony charges from an alleged incident involving the rape of a female classmate. Before the ruling concerning bond, prosecutors allege videos on his phone show sexual acts with a relative under 12. Prosecutors said there were “multiple encounters” on video discovered on the device and that they allegedly showed KJ using “predatory, derogatory” language toward the victim. “This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy said. She added that KJ was charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16 following the newly revealed incident, which had not previously been publicly reported. Judge Melynee Leftridge will decide bond by Monday; defense attorney Jason Sheffield seeks release. So like I said in the other thread, lock him up!

A woman who worked on the 105th floor of the South Tower stopped at Sam Goody before work on 9/11 to pick up a signed copy of Mariah’s Glitter. The album was released that morning. Because she stopped to get it, she was still downstairs waiting for the elevator when the first plane hit. She left the building, made it home and survived. Her boyfriend thought she was dead until her mother was able to tell him she was safe. He proposed two weeks later, they got married that December and they’re still together today with three kids. And she still has the CD. 😭 The fact that we’ve spent 25 years talking about Glitter being released on literally the worst possible day, only to now learn that somebody buying it that morning may have saved her life… Mariah’s impact really does know no bounds.

These situations are not connected at all. ATRL has no advertising from 2016 - 2022 because of the type of content being posted, specifically but not solely due to SYG on what is now considered classic ATRL. You somehow linking that to antisemitism and as to why a member was banned (it wasn’t) is wild. Also Israel is a genocidal ethnostate because of its government. As we have repeatedly stated criticism of Israel (a country) ≠ criticism of Judaism (a religion). Criticism of Israel (a country) and the policies/actions of its government ≠ criticism of Jewish people. Trying to tie them as one is disingenuous and designed specifically to stop criticism of the atrocities being committed there.
