Christina was the one of the first celebs to publicly show her support for Britney. Not wanting to answer a question during a red carpet interview when her handler tells her to stop doesn't contradict that.

Meanwhile Britney called Christina fat, and then even wished Christina's abusive father a happy birthday just because the word "Jamie" was in the background of ad with Christina in it:
