She's the one "creating the storm" etc etc. Could be a reach but I can see it, especially in relation to fame, expectations from GP/fans and her starting to focus on "I'm a producer", like she's ready to experiment (?) I think she just means generally for women in the industry to not be intimidated by the outsized influence of men. I view it similarly to any other industry where yes, there are women rising, but it's still very much a boys club. That ranges from politics to law firms and beyond.
