On it for about 6 years. Changed my life. I was finally able to fall asleep and gained some healthy weight. I'm honestly a bit scared to end it. I was at a whole different phase in my life when I started. I'm having a nice career now and a purpose in life and a daily routine but I'm worried that I fall back into the old habits of being a mess.

Yup, I take one pill every night - 2 hours before I plan to sleep. Insomnia and lack of appetite almost ruined my entire life and this helped me to get it back. I should have started sooner, the stigma of taking meds held me back for too long. I never take medication for anything but that was a total gamechanger. I was lucky that the first prescription worked for me but I read that mirtazapine is incredibly versatile, non-addictive and super easy to control (no withdrawals etc.)

20 years starting in 2005. It helps I forget to take it a lot but it still makes a world of a difference.

I take mirtazapine (an antidepressant), but I'm using it for sleep and appetite, not depression.
