Abracadabra samples spellbound and its confirmed by its credits given. 

Poker Face is not sampling honey b or whatever they called. 

That ma ma ma part got nothing NOTHING not even slightly similar to any of that band or whatsoever's song. 

If there was a sample there would be a credit, if not credit i'm sure they would sue because poker face arguably biggest song of that entire decade.

Leona Lewis got sued for sampling Avicii's "Penguin" (which samples Perpetuum Mobile's by Penguin Cafe Orchestra) in her song "Collide" without permission and that is why it is now credited under Leona Lewis and Avicii 

 

 

 

 

 Avicii also released a version of Penguin with lyrics around the same time as Collide to make things more complicated

Well it's not because it's not credited that it's not sampled. Madonna and Patrick Leonard got credited on David Guetta & Rihanna's Who's That Chick like 10 years after the song got released.

 

Maybe Boney M's label didn't sue Gaga for i don't know which reason ?!?
