So we know Madonna set the bar high with her Vogue performance, but has any other, more modern pop girl made the rococo aesthetic uniquely theirs like she has?

    If any pop girl has ever owned any look, the rococo look belongs to Madonna. It's great that the girls are playing dress up in mommy's clothes but let's not get ahead of ourselves and start comparing this timeless moment to Katy Perry's worst single ever.
