What genre is ATW? It seems more suited for best Best Pop Vocal Performance which Adele already has in the bag. ATW doesn’t sound like a country song.

 

Her best shot is for the music video but since it’s marketed as a short film would that mean that it

is only eligible for Best Music Film category? That category is always competitive. 

I still can’t believe that king Antonoff created two incredible songs with two queens in the same year, that sound alike in the best way possible and still kept each of their prints all over them...

This is the exact issue. It’s too pop-inspired, thanks to Jack’s production, to be in the country categories (even if that’s where Taylor will probably try to put it). But, at its core it’s a country song, is over 10 minutes long, and did literally nothing on any radio format, which are what pop voters are interested in, so I don’t think it’ll do well there either
