Bieber is at a point where most established pop girls are.

 

Doesn't need #1 hits or to prove himself anymore. Still a top streamed artist despite no new music. Similar to Rihanna in a sense…

 

He's a dad and with everything he's been through he may just make the music he wants to. Good for him. I think people hate on him a lot. Hope he is happy and healthy and happy for his return.
