Remember Daisy Dares You?

Featured Replies

Daisy Dares You was the stage name of English singer Daisy May Keeley Coburn, who released two singles in 2010: 'Number One Enemy' and 'Rosie'. While the former peaked at number 13, the latter didn't chart in the UK at all. Despite featuring in the BBC Sound of 2010 poll, as well as coverage from the likes of The Guardian and The Times, pop stardom was not meant to be for Ms Coburn. She was dropped by her label and her debut album Rush was never released.

She looks like Diana Vickers in her first era, and the first song even sounds a little like Once.

The second song is really good, I would add it on Spotify but she's not there under her old stage name (only as Daisy Coburn).

yeah last I heard she was in a rock band :suburban:

Rosie is the bop that got away! Still looking for her album after all these years if anyone has it, I know it leaked awhile back but can't find it anywhere. Also so weird that the singles, which were officially released, are nowhere to be found on streaming... a modern pop tragedy.
