She probably went into the studio a year later to record The Bodyguard soundtrack mad as hell. That's why she bounced back tenfold

 

I wish there was some footage of Madonna in 1992-1994 cutting the **** up on the gorls when it was her turn to feel some floppage. I mean, she was shady enough in some interviews but imagine the **** she was saying OFF camera. Whitney remained classy to the lesser talented singers. She was asked about Janet and Madonna often and never shaded them as hard as she ironically did with Mariah. LOL. She kind of did shade Diana Ross but that was light shade as she was giving her mother props.

 

She knew she didn't have to say it publicly as everyone else would say it anyways.

When did Whitney shade Diana? I have only seen a Whitney interview where she said Diana doesn't get acclaimed enough or doesn't get real props or something along those lines

She praised her mother and laughed at the idea of looking up to Diana Ross when she had her mother an inspirational vocalist to look up to. I believe it was an early 90s barbara walters interview. It wasn't direct shade as it was moreso dismissive.
