It's just a common melodic structure, specifically in the contour and motion. 

I  dont think its sampling

Im 90% sure this song and the ones mentioned all just use the same "Am, D, G, C" chord progression. 

OP, all the ones you mentioned were ones I was gonna mention too. Fefe also uses the same melody in her chorus. They're all catchy songs lol
