probably to stand out? That's the only plausible reason as to why artists don't drop during the beginning of the tracking week.

 

for Lisa it kinda makes no sense bc she will be the main release next week...plus she has a huge fanbase that will consume this massively the second it drops

That's actually midnight for the UTC+1 timezone which is the timezone followed by Spotify which means she's releasing to have the full 24h tracking period. She's smart for that, more artist should be doing it.
