only 1 or 2 useless songs, the rest being really easy to listen to (a bit like songs from her / summer walker / jhene). Very easy to listen when you want to chill. But at the same time she got dem bangers which I live for! Definitely a very very very great album!

1:59 is more solid than Candy Paint. That's what I mean. On the album, CP is one of the less solid songs, that doesn't mean it's not a bop.

normani and co. put their FOOT in this album. wow. i'm trying to not overplay it to get tired when i purchase it but wow.

Honestly, those who were hating on 1:59 just don't appreciate R&B music and have no taste, to be honest. It's actually a really solid album track. Candy Paint is good, but in the context of the album, it just doesn't work for me. Big Boy is the superior track.

Listened and liked. 

 

It's solid and very cohesive. Any noise tomorrow to the tune of "is that it?" or "wack" will objectively be hating. 

 

I do think some of the excitement may be inflating the album a bit. It's a respectable debut.
