No it's not. We can never 100% know things about the world and where it came from and why things happen.

 

Scientists always say things like the planet is X amount of years old, and then they revise that years later.

Yeah, they revise it because newer evidence or more advanced technology has allowed them to be more accurate, not because they were wrong before 

 

Saying a statement of "we can never 100% know why things happen" is again… patently false. Or do you think gravity isn't real  Which doesn't even get into the false representation of how you apparently view what scientific "theories" are, it is not the same definition, it's reproducible data that uses the scientific method, not just a quirky thought.
