I love the implication that a packaging error would stop Le Creuset from being sold like it wouldn’t just get sent to Homegoods or TJMaxx and sold unpackaged for $200 anyways

To be fair it's not the same at all, I mean, you can't really compare advertising a medication from the biggest pharmaceutical company in the world (Pfizer) with giving away cookwares for free :suburban:

Hate AI and its implications obviously but also… if you fall for this it’s kinda natural selection at that point?

They definitely picked the right celebrity to use for this.

Ms. Gomez's entire career is a scam, from her singing, her acting, her politics, her hair, her kidney, her 'live' concerts, her friendships, even her own Instagram; scam scam scam scam scam scam. AI just likely picked the celebrity who sells the most scams and figured it could get away with it since she's gotten away with every other scam.

They should have used Gaga to be more believable. With the pharma/makeup/watch/champagne etc. ads she been spamming this wouldn't even sound so far fetched

I just KNOW people from my hometown are falling for it like ants marching in a line omg

It sounds like a voiceover and they didn’t even bother to use clips from the same interview. A las we can be sure 100s of people fell for it
