I don't think it's forbidden... It just needs to be prerecorded before the enlistment. There were some groups/idols who did it before BTS, like ONF. I think most idols just don't do it cause they will not be able to properly promote it

Ummm.. Well they were the group that got me into kpop so I guess I was a stan in the past, but I moved on once I discovered Stray kids and then later other groups. 

I don't think I would call myself Army anymore, but I will still listen to their new songs + their solos (usually just once tho, except V and Jungkook cause we love them).
