Is Noah Kahan problematic?

Featured Replies

Okay, so I heard like couple of his songs and I loved it. But before I stan, I want to know if he's problematic or something. I don't trust these white guys with guitars, usually they're racists or something.. Please tell me he's not problematic please. :jonny:

And he seems popular to tiktok girlies. So, he's like the male version of Phoebe Bridges, Gracie Abrams, boygenius? Please tell me more about him.. I did try to google him but there's not much about this guy. But, his music is interesting. So, here's hoping that he's not problematic..

He's actually a big Bernie supporter and progressive, it seems:

He seems to be progressive. He has multiple songs with a black queer woman, Joy Oladokun, and his music shines a light on depression and self-help so I'd say he's very in tune with his emotions and aware of his surroundings too. He also rejects the conservative Vermont small-town culture that he was brought up in within his music which is another indicator.

I hear he's super popular but I signed up for his presale for his tour next year but these prices are unserious, especially for the LA show. :rip:
