She missed being in the Broccoli City Festival lineup recently in Washington D.C in July 

 

She isn't in H.E.R.'s owned music festival lineup this year for September

 

No Essence Festival either

 

Not in OneMusic Fest in October

In order to headline a festival the artist needs to have an album or enough songs for a setlist.
