Listening to Vampire, I can't help but think it sounds almost identical to Kesha's 2009 song Tik Tok.  There are too many similarities to count.  Both songs are in the key of F Major, both songs have beats per minute in the range of 60-200bpm and both songs have the word "the" as the fourth word in the song.  Should she be allowed to get away with this?

She's not even trying to hide it anymore. If I were Kesha I'd be livid. These new artists have no respect for the music industry - mind you, all of them have it so much easier than our faves did a decade ago.
