i love her but this shouldnt be on the album. its not single material at all. also do you know why "best part" isnt on her spotify anymore?

It's still on her album but not displayed on her popular tracks because she lost the lead credit to it after she sued & left her management

 

Has to be some legal issue, but she never explained why exactly in a interview.

omg its rooted in some legal battle... that song not being on her popular tracks is kinda causing damages. especially since it now isnt counting inside her monthly listeners on spotify either. why did she even lose lead credit? i always thought it was her song and daniel was a feature

Don't know. Also Daniel Caesar went to a major label recently after being independent so who knows what exactly happened

 

It counts towards her monthly listeners, the coding is just keeping it off the popular tracks. Featured songs can show there, her team just has to fix it.

 

They both featured each other on their separate albums. They should have just released it as a duet

I love this so much. This has the potential to explode, but regardless of its commercial success - it’s a phenomenal track, super versatile. The first track I’ve connected with in a while with her.
