For me, Pin Up Galore by Lana works for this. When she sings: "I wanna die, I wanna die" in that evocative way, it hits me emotionally.

 

Also Kesha's Dancing With Tears In My Eyes, the whole thing is about she blaming herself for being extremely promiscious and participating in questionable sexual practices. Specially the lines:
