The CEO did asked for money twice to warner. It was reported and revealed.

 

 

And even if aespa didn't impacted FiftyFifty, they kinda did. I mean imagine being the CEO of a company looking for group to have a distribution deal. And one group is a one hit wonder who yes have a huge streaming power but this didn't translate in physical, and is in a messy battle with the CEO, plus the CEO asked money to produce more music. On the other hand here is aespa (and many other groups who signed deals around that time) all from reputable and reliable companies and no beefs or CEO asking for money.

Ok girlies i was away from kpop (the new one from quite sometime, i only followed my old faves) and the landscape has completly changed. So fill me up who's cool, who we hate, the new it girl, most popular groups, better performers etc

 

From what i've seen so far:

 

LE SERAFIM - while i prefered jurina over sakura i might stan them cause unforgiven is a BOP. Also seems like Sakura isnt even the most popular in her group, so thats a small win

IVE- I smell sajaegi (well produce scum duh) and they seem kinda forced into my throat. I guess we have a suzy - Miss A situation here. I AM is great the rest very mediocre and the latest straight up bad(ie)

NEW JEANS - havent heard them so far but they are pledis right? (acquired by BIGHIT but still...) i will check them out

G-idle - well they are not new but they are the most competent and consistently popular group rn no (from their gen)? well soyeon is amazing the rest are fillers
