IVE Baddie was definitely a highlights, and the unreleased tracks are pretty good on its own. But I can't help that the EP as a whole was kinda underwhelming on their standard upon first listen. Maybe subsequent listens could help lift up my impression on this EP.

 

TXT 3rd full album was the winner for this Friday release. Growing Pain, Skipping Stones, and Blue Spring are my faves and highlights as I'm grew up with Pop Rock music in the 2000s.

Speaking of TXT, I just kinda baffled the way Big Hit and Hybe almost ruin their full album comeback momentum with all those western collabs. I think they suited best with the Pop Rock music like Olivia Rodrigo did. Imagine having Sour or Guts sonic/sound on their discography it truly made them stand out. But I know this won't happened because Korean GP hate Rock music after this incident happened.

This mini lowkey makes 0 sense though  OTR, EW, OTT and Payback sound cohesive with each other and then you have loud bangers Baddie and Holy Moly which stick out like sore thumbs  

I have heard from moas that beomgyu has no lines (literally none) on Happily Ever After thats why their charting is much worse this time  anways kidding aside, not even giving a single line to a member in a 5 membered group is nasty
