He's definitely not unknown

 

He says his name in almost all his songs at the beginning 

 

Ppl just dont take him seriously as a artist/ dont really care. He's only there for quick lil singles

Yeah, that’s basically what I mean.  Lol.

 

Like…people can’t name his songs.  But when I play them, they’re like “OH YEAH, I know him”  

 

Its so strange.  Like how can you have MASSIVE singles, but it not make an impact on your career/legacy? 

I believe it's because his record label never marketed him as a brand. There's no Jason Derulo brand. And his music does nothing to tell the GP who he is, other than telling them what his name is . Although mega bops, songs like Wiggle or Swalla do nothing for the grand public to relate to him.

 

So he's actually very talented and has many hits, but most people don't know much at all about him, and are given nothing to care to know, unfortunately.

 

 

If you want a ratings drop....sure.

He has massive bops but I don't think there's much interest to actually see him perform....

Who cares as lomg as he performs in his underwear 

 

And stop with downgrading him.. He has many trashy bops yall listened to.

Relatively true.  Hes not a big celebrity but he's had plenty of hits
