Samantha Mumba - Appreciation Thread

Featured Replies

She had a top 10 UK album with 5 top 5 UK hits in her debut era - she was 17 years old and slaying this hard.

Global smash "Gotta Tell You" was a #2 hit in the UK and #4 in the US.

But she had so many other iconic gems.

Do you stan her?

Used to love gotta tell you but she is such a flop.

It was her labels fault :hoetenks:

I stan her! Bought her album on CD back in the day and it's still in my iTunes library.

I know @Ace Reject also loves Queen Mumba.

I did stan her back in the day. It's a shame her success was short lived. :chick3:

Always Come Back to Your Love is one of the best R&B songs I ever heard.

I had this album on cassette back when I was a kid and that song was featured on this. Ahh, those days.

Baby Come On Over broke the record (from I'm a Slave 4 U I think) for longest-running #1 on my cute lil top 10 I used to do when I was a kid. An iconic sing! :jonny4:
