Nice updates today. I wish they would stay consistent. 

 

It moving up on TTH shows that people do listen to the song on the playlist and do not skip it. 

I hope they have some promo lined up eventually.

It's both. 

When an album by a big artist gets released, the editorials' team put the songs high on various playlists, I figure that labels negotiate the single (if there's one)'s placement at #1. Or when they're pushing a single. 

But I think later, it's based off interest from the listeners of the playlist. 

I think we really need POP radio to get a little more aggressive.  The top 20 is competitive in terms of gaps in audience.  No reason why Cuff it should be a smaller radio hit than BMS.  Cuff It should be the type of song that gets 100M.  

 

I guess in that sense its good the updates on Urban and Rhythmic have been more incremental, but she is running out of room.  So we need the momentum to converge!!
