I was told by certain ATRL users that it would freefall during its second week, but it is still in the top 10 in the UK and Australia, and its WW Spotify streams have been stable throughout the entire week. It remains in fifth place on Apple Music. What happened? Why hasn't it tumbled down the charts just yet?

This is not what "free-falling" means, and it's very stable in other major markets.

Weird that you call people racist for ignoring that Christina is still "charting" when she charts toward the very bottom in Latin America, but the Hot 100 is your only measure for Britney's single despite it having massive success on other worldwide charts.

OT: it’s showing incredible stability, nobody expected this to be a hit outta the gate or at all. The high placements this has gotten have shocked everyone, specially for a 90s pop girl being able to reach the Top 10 and still have #1s when her peers are even unable to chart.

The absolute lack of self-awareness. Break My Soul plunged to 1.7M streams two weeks after its release. 

 

It’s not free falling but it is after all a dance song by a woman 40+, there’s others that also didn’t have good longevity either outside US/UK. But what will help HMC is the fact it’s literally the cold heart ctrl + v, just as cold heart finally died HMC came back in. Plus it got a boosted week from fans/comeback so that will ware off
