Hung Up by many unlimited miles... in fact, I still play it a lot :priceless: it's aged well and honestly is top tier Madonna and dance music. I do like Toxic though, but I highly prefer Hung Up (and, I'm disappointed that it only peaked at #7 in the U.S.)

Hung Up.

Toxic only stayed in the Hot 100 top 10 for 3 weeks. I can’t listen to a song that did that forever.

Hung Up - 262M

Clearly not. :hippo:

Toxic. Not really one of my faves from Britney but Hung Up is too close to the original ABBA song. Toxic makes amazing use of its sample.

Another day, another OBH gets checked

Hung Up is better in every possible way :rip:  plus Britney just sings over a demo whereas Madonna is actually original.

Are you high? Madonna’s is literally sung over the instrumental lifted from ABBA’s Gimme Gimme Gimme. :rip:

So you listen to like 3 Christina Aguilera songs only?

Hung Up literally spent 2 weeks on the Top 10, DMF. Your trolling knows no boundaries, you are literally deranged. :skull:

OT: Toxic

I think I like HU slightly more since Toxic is overplayed to death lol.

The absolute self embarrassment :toofunny3:

Spotify:

Hung Up: 262M

Toxic: 798M

YouTube:

Hung Up: 380M

Toxic: 570M

All of this keeping in mind Toxic was released BEFORE Hung Up

Toxic. If you want to listen to the best part of Hung Up you can just play Gimme a Man After Midnight.

Um only 1 part of the one the instrumental  was sampled. The songs instrumentally are completed different with exception of the sample? (hence the word, sample). Britney just sang over Cathy Dennis vocals, lets not.

Both incredible bops but sonically I think Hung Up is just a tad better

Toxic since it’s original.

What makes Hung Up so good is the sample used.

Also Toxic isn't as original as you think:
