Substance easily. It actually sounds fresh, fun and pleasant. Pop/Punk excellence. Bite Me is cute but it doesn't stand out. It's typical Avril. 

 

People in here acting like the song is not good... I simply have to laugh at the disrespect.

substance is vocally lyrically and sonically the better song. Bite Me isn’t even Avril’s best song on Love Sux and it kinda Sux…. Everyone heard substance loves it

One of the song has outdated melodies and instrumental with whiny vocals, the other one has sonically superior Melodies and clean smooth vocals…
