UMS sold more copies than TBDT, GL tho... which means Avril was massive during UMS, but selling physical, Spotify didn't exist and people go back and stream only Let Go apparently

Evan Taubenfeld just talked about some UMS unreleased songs. One is "priceless", He said "It was and still is an absolute banger". Then he talked about "Understand me", of which he's not sure but was probably re-worked to "Push" from GL. I really hope a 20th anniversary Edition of UMS is happening

Olivia rodrigo announced new album for September. I would love a feat with Avril. We thought Billie would do at some point, but I think that now Olivia could be. They met too many times, Olivia sang Complicated in every date of her tour and had Avril as a guest.. who knows. It would probably surpass the Complicated streams in a few months lol

Btw her recent IG post asking "what songs do you guys want to hear" scares me a bit. It never happened she asked for this right? I have the idea she's doing a mixture of her sounds, like AL5 2.0. Probably she has many (good?) songs but she really doesn't know what direction to follow this time

Modsun played a new unreleased song at Rock am Ring festival in Germany and said "it's a song about being cheated on". I know some people filmed it, can't wait to listen to It and read the lyrics.... gonna make my Pop Corns now

TBDT is reaching 900 M this month then. UMS deserves much more on streaming, and it's weird considering it sold 12 M physical copies, it was her biggest success after Let Go. So weird TBDT and GL and AL have more streams than it.

It's unbelievable that AL5 and HAW have one song with 200M streams and that masterpiece of UMS not even one. My Happy Ending has about 170M streams if I'm not wrong, we should organize a streaming campaign of that record someday

I actually like the LS tracklist but yes I would change some ! All the feats could go away and also Dare to love me and break of a heartache, in favor of Too fast to live, Joker, Hallelujah. Unfortunately they picked those songs for the feats exposure.

I remember when I saw her in Italy for the Bonez Tour she played for 100.000 people (crazy isn't it?) and something similar happened at the last Rock in Rio, I read articles and saw shocking pics, people ran from the Palco Mundo to the Palco Sunset and they counted about 100.000 people as well. Obviously, it was a festival, both times. Like Coachella, open air. I don't know if the EU tour went so well because of the fact it was postponed so many times and they had years to sell out almost all the arenas, but I still remember they had firstly reserved such small venues for the original Head Above Water Tour in Europe, (some arenas had a capacity of 3000 people) and they upgraded in way bigger venues after tickets had sold out in one morning. So I think the demand in Europe is still there!

Yes in some interviews from the past she had said she would like to have kids "one day". But I don't think it's what she really wants, I can't see her stable in relationships or imagining her at home all day playing with kids and stuff.

Sometimes I have the feeling AL8 will be like AL5, a mix of her sounds and stuff. I hope she will follow a path like in Let Go, UMS and TBDT even if she works with different producers

I don't want another 1st single late this year, soon to be overshadowed by Bublè and Mariah Carey. I prefer she waits a bit more and releases a First single in March and a second single in June/July along with the album.

After all it's not like they had plenty of singles to choose from, she released only 2... And Bite Me is from last year ? I'm fine with the nominee for Love it When You hate me, is the song itself which didn't have to become a single. Also don't forget this collab weirdly was Avril's comeback in radio charts , Bite Me didn't work.

I think she will actually win that award for Bite Me.. but I also hope she books a performance at the VMA for a new single from the deluxe and releases it straight away on Spotify. It will gain some streams, then, after a couple of weeks/around Rock in Rio (so in September) she should release the deluxe.

CalifornYeah is a summer BOP really good... way better than All I wanted . The fact is that 12 songs are not that many.. she could have easily had done a 15-song record, consider it would change 5 minutes in total lenght. Lol .
