'Vogue' has been credited for re-introducing House / Disco music to the mainstream in the 90's (Pitchfork, AllMusic, Slant Magazine) and reviving it after almost a decade of irrelevance. 

 

'Break My Soul', inspired by 90's House music, had sparked the debate of whether House music is gonna make a trendy comeback. (hiphopdx, ElPais, CNN)

 

Which track succeeded more at packaging House music back to the mainstream or is generally the better song?

Not sure why we're comparing Bey's just okay song to one of the most legendary songs in music history, but okay :clown: 

 

Anyway, Vogue easily. 

Vogue is literally the best pop song of all time and BMS is…. that.

also tbh i’ve always preferred Deeper and Deeper to Vogue, but both are pretty much masterpieces :clap3: Break My Soul is just a great pop song on the other hand

I don't see the connection between the two songs. They sound quite different.
