If Julia wasn't involved and it still sounds like her... that makes even worse lol. I actually like the song after replaying it a few times.... it just isn't going to catapult her to that next level.

I really don't get why this is divisive. I think it's a brilliant song but I understand some of the points y'all have made, but I am completely enamored

I'm kinda shook at this. The verses are SO Julia and the "I've quietly carried your burden" just sounds like a Julia lyric.

 

Unrelated but as much as I love the bridge, I wish the radio/distortion vocal effect was toned down a little bc I feel it's a bit TOO overpowering

Julia not being involved is making me scream because it's very Julia 

 

The biggest problem for Sabrina is that she has no "base" 

 

She has no big fanbase 

 

But is also not a radio or critics darling

 

The only people that tune into her are people like me that think she makes good pop music (which she does) but thats not enough to make it big
