I am SHOOK at this hitting number 1 on pretty much every metric. If this gets the official number 1, it will be huge. 

This song/Sam finding success post-Eurovision is the best thing that can happen. It will go a long way to rebranding the image the contest has in the UK and will open the doors for more credible acts to take the stage without fear of their careers being ruined.

I can’t see this nosediving. It might drop, sure, but his press run today has been insane. He’s been everywhere and the song has been everywhere.

 

Some people on other forums are writing him off already and saying Top 3, but I still think he’s in with a great chance of getting #1

Really hope he can do it! He’s fallen down to #2 on Spotify behind Harry though

Not my fave Eurovision song but it's so exciting how well this is doing in the UK.  They have such a strong music industry, they should be dominating like this every year and I hope this helps open the eyes of other artists into doing this contest in the future.  

Also bought on iTunes! Really want him to get the Number 1, this song seeing real chart success is going to re-invent how artists & the public see Eurovision here and could be the start of a monumental shift where we finally start taking the competition seriously and send credible artists 

 

As a British Eurovision fan, I can’t tell you how much it would mean to *finally* look forward to be competitors and actually enjoy/feel proud of our entries. 

Both Duncan and Maneskin went big after Eurovision, I hope Sam is the next one to gain success worldwide.

It’s starting to dip a little bit now, down to #3 on Apple Music but still holding up really well as Eurovision songs normally nosedive quite quickly (and never get to #1 in the first place ddd) 

Eurovision edit to be released? Could boost sales/streams and help close the gap
