When these tater tot pop girls were running around on stage doing the minimum singing, Xtina was there belting her heart out. When Disney needed a young woman to represent 90s Disney, they called on Xtina to sing the Mulan Reflection song (I didnt hear Britneys phone ring up, didnt hear Jessica Simpsons, even though Jessica is a legend, yes she is). nope. they called Legend X. She followed in a long line of disney theme songs legends; up there with Elton John and Julie Andrews. Who was the one who finally stood up for women's rights and let everyone know that they cant be held down? Before feminism was cool? Legend X did.  Who got hip hops blessing when no other pop girl could from noneother than the Queen Bee Miss Lil Kim? legend x did. Who among her peers wrote and performed a song that celebrated gay people and told us we were beautiful at a time when we were being spit on in the street? Legend X did. that MV didnt get banned for boobs and butts, but for a romantic kiss between two men. legend x didnt care "play the damn video!" she demanded of MTV. only legend x. Who was chosen to LEAD the most successful female collab song of all time? To sing the biggest part of the song? HEYY HEYY HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. legend X was. Mya and her little lungs couldnt do it (thats why shes since resorted to stripping), Pink's voice was too baritone for the part. and no other singer of her day had the beauty and voice to carry that song; only Legend X. Who did James Brown personally handpick to tribute him on his death bed? Thats right, he chose legend X. Who singlehandedly brought back the popularity of singing shows when they were at an allttime low? Legend X did. no one watched the Voice to watch Cee Lo Green's big teeth. Who singlehandedly gave Maroon 5 a career resurrgence? yup legend x. btw, Say Something was a worldwide smash.
