She is Adela from Slovakia, currently residing in the US. She was a participant on Dream Academy (that formed the girl group KATSEYE) but got eliminated early

Now she's kicked off her solo career

Bieber makes me think of that girl who was both the smartest in our class and his biggest fan (we all have our flaws). She had to move to another city around the 7th grade and before leaving she secretly told me that I should leave, too, because everyone except the two of us were dumbasses. Bless her soul.
