I eavesdropped on some old white boomer contractor at my job who was using speakerphone to spill the tea on his son's new job offer with Claude AI at a local data center. He's gonna be in a "top dog position" the 2nd highest level in the company. His salary will be 350k. He was offered 300k but told them if he quits his current job, he will lose 50k in stocks, so they increased his offer to 350k and still offered him stocks and other things rich people receive. The son told his boomer dad that this is generational wealth money and to not tell anyone.
